Payment status polling

GET /Card/Handlers/{invoiceId}/status

Polled by the widget every poll_interval_seconds (5 seconds). The outcome outranks the deadline: expired is returned for pending only, so a payment made in the last second is never shown as expired.

The sandbox does not write polling to request_log — the journal would fill up with it; QR creation is written as sbpWidgetCreate.
