Reference: PaymentStatus
The payment flag. It sits next to InvoiceStatus and answers one question only: has the money been charged.

In the XML flow the same field is called <PaymentStatus> and takes the same values. The sandbox shows billing that has not finished yet as the Active / NOT_PAID pair (see “Invoice status”).
