Methods

MethodDescription
CreateSubscriptionCreate a subscription — by number (SMS_PIN), paid by card / SBP (CustomerType=Card) or via WAP (ClientIP)
ApproveSubscriptionConfirm a subscription with a PIN (1234, three attempts)
CancelSubscriptionCancel a subscription
GetSubscriptionStatusGet subscription status
ResendPinCodeResend the PIN — no more than three times, SMS_PIN only
GetSubscriptionsList the project subscriptions — active and closed, newest first
RefundBillingOperationRefund a charge by the BillingOperationID from the notification

All methods except CreateSubscription, GetSubscriptions and RefundBillingOperation additionally accept <SubscriptionID> — or <Subscriber_MSISDN> / <SubscriberID> instead of it — and ApproveSubscription also takes <PinCode>.

GetSubscriptions is the only method of the service whose path carries no .aspx — that is how the platform specification declares it.

How the sandbox differs for these two. GetSubscriptions returns at most 50 records (the sandbox project is shared), and prints only the fields the sandbox actually keeps: MerchantSubsID, RenewPeriod, ActualRenewCount, ClosedTime and NetworkID are not stored. Billing operations have no state: the BillingOperationID is born in the notification itself and is stored nowhere, so RefundBillingOperation only checks the shape of the identifier (a UUID), treats the refund as instant and always successful, and changes neither the subscription status nor the charge schedule.
