Approve subscription (PIN)
POST /Http/Services/ApproveSubscription.aspx
Confirms the subscription with the PIN code from SMS. In the sandbox the PIN is
1234 and 3 attempts are allowed: a wrong PIN returns
WRONG_PARAMS / InvalidPinCode with the number of attempts left, after the
third one ExceededSubscriptionApprovingAttempts and the subscription moves to
ApprovingFailed permanently. Approving an already active subscription returns
SubscriptionAlreadyApproved.
The method does not apply to card subscriptions (AUTH_PAGE) — those are
activated by completing the payment on AuthorizeUrl.
