Create subscription

POST /Http/Services/CreateSubscription.aspx

Initializes a subscription. Two branches:

SMS_PIN — Subscriber_MSISDN in the request (the legacy name MSISDN is also accepted). The response contains SubscriptionID and SubscriberAcceptanceChannel=SMS_PIN; confirm with ApproveSubscription using PIN 1234.
Bank card and SBP — CustomerType=Card and CustomerId in the request. The response contains SubscriberAcceptanceChannel=AUTH_PAGE and AuthorizeUrl: redirect the subscriber there. For SBP QR payment append ?useSbpQr=True. ApproveSubscription is not used in this branch — the subscription is activated once the payment completes.

The SubscriptionStatusNotification callback is sent on actual activation (EventType=APPROVED), not right after creation.

A repeated call for the same Subscriber_MSISDN within a project returns the existing subscription (the production platform answers WRONG_PARAMS / SubscriptionAlreadyCreated).
