Get subscription status
POST /Http/Services/GetSubscriptionStatus.aspx
Returns the actual subscription status: Pending — created, waiting for
confirmation; Active — confirmed; Cancelled — cancelled;
ApprovingFailed — confirmation did not happen (PIN attempts exhausted or
the card was declined). The subscription is looked up by SubscriptionID,
Subscriber_MSISDN or SubscriberID within the project.
