List the project subscriptions
POST /Http/Services/GetSubscriptions
Returns the subscriptions of the project — both active and closed, newest first.
Filtering by subscriber is optional: without Subscriber_MSISDN and
SubscriberID the whole project is returned.
The path carries no .aspx — the only method of the service that does not;
this is how the platform specification declares it.
Sandbox differences: the listing is capped at 50 records (the sandbox project is
shared, and without a cap the list would grow until the log retention kicks in);
only the fields the sandbox actually knows are printed — MerchantSubsID,
RenewPeriod, ActualRenewCount, ClosedTime and NetworkID are not stored.
List items follow one another as repeated <Subscriptions> elements with no
common wrapper — that is how the array is declared in the platform specification.
