Initial step status polling

GET /Cards/Sbp/status

Polled by the widget every poll_interval_seconds (5 seconds); the token travels in the same Authorization: Bearer header. paid means the initial step succeeded: the first-period payment or, when the first payment is deferred, an SBP binding without a charge. The outcome outranks the deadline: expired is returned for pending only; it does not prove that no money was taken.

Polling is not written to request_log — the journal would fill up with it.
